ParticleMade is the independent creative practice of Dave Gonzalez Jr. — designer, art director, former DJ, and lifelong believer that good ideas can come from just about anywhere. My central philosophy is that art creates distinction, culture creates meaning, and successfully bridging the two creates enduring value.

I’ve been working across identity, brand direction, editorial design, and visual systems for two decades. Different projects call for different solutions. Sometimes that means restraint and clarity. Other times it needs to be strange, beautiful, or slightly ineffable. But at its core, the work is always grounded in creative spark and rigor.

I pull from seemingly unrelated inputs, identify structural relationships, make meaningful connections, and trust my judgment to recognize what belongs and what doesn’t. Most importantly, I approach design with generosity of spirit, coherence, and a confident point of view.
